If you're unhappy with the results of your service, we’ll work with you to address your concerns.
Free Adjustments: We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments must align with the original service provided. Contact us within 7 days.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
If the customer has altered their hair themselves or had it altered at another salon.
If the condition of the customer’s hair or scalp has changed after the service.
If the style has deteriorated due to insufficient aftercare by the customer.
If the requested adjustment exceeds the scope of the original service (e.g., a completely different style or color).
